The location here is excellent, it's just a short walk away from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden, and the staff are really friendly and welcoming.

it is a lovely quiet property located in north legian district so close to local warungs and night market, and shops & restaurants. the breakfasts are delicious and great in the hotel, with noodles, chicken, egg station. the location is particularly good and decent, to most places.

We liked the room and in addition to the room thereis a big outdoor traditionnal living room of 50 square meters at least. We liked it. THE SWIMMING POOL IS NICE AND QUITE BIG AND THE STAFF IS HELPFUL. LOCATION INTERESTING BECAUSE THE HOTEL WAS 5 MINUTES BY TAXI (VERY EASY TI CATCH AT ANY TIME) FROM THE HEART OF KUTA SEMINYAK

It's generally quiet and quite clean around here. the staff are pretty friendly and helpful. the rooms are a good size and come with a nice balcony. Had a great time staying here! 🌟.

I appreciated the quiet position of the hotel, the staff were helpful! Breakfast was super with plenty of food! Excellent place for a weekend in Bali! Location, an easy walk to all attractions.

The rooms were old and the bathroom were not well cleaned.

the room for the first 2 days was good. but at the same price i got a worst room for my later 2 days staying.

This place was relaxing, a nice size with a balcony, and had all the essentials like a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a television.

Bathroom had risen bath which was broken leg waiting to happen when stepping out of onto wet tiles. Poor privacy in Bathroom - next to pathway and not fully enclosed, only bamboo in some upper areas of wall

the location is so close to the city in seminyak

it's dirty, the staff gave us the wrong room (one grade lower than it should be) which is really a pity because the room was really dirty and the condition is not really suitable for "staying" it's more like a storage compared to a room for sleeping. If only the renovated the rooms would be better.
